Veronique and I are set to visit a number of artisan bakeries on the way from Tuscany to Liguria.

We will taste, observe, listen, admire and, most of all, learn how to transform local humble ingredients in more delicious treats and food. From the Cialde di Montecatini to the Ligurian hazelnut bread, one biscuit at a time.

Between a cannolo and a focaccia ;-) we will make sure to find some time to post snaps on our Facebook page
